Screen My Applications

I am aware that 1) I am hiring Wilcher Properties Group (known as WPG) to screen an application(s) for me. WPG will screen all the application(s) for this property above during this particular leasing period with no additional cost to the landlord for multiple applications. 2) I understand that this can take up to 72 business hours once the application is submitted. 3) I understand that WPG doesn't supply a lease or inspection with this screening. 4) I understand that even with WPG researching all the background information that is available, there is no guarantee to what is may be hidden or not uncovered. 5) I understand that I will receive a detailed report from WPG with an opinion on the this applicant(s) and ultimately it's up to me as a landlord to accept or refuse the applicant(s). 6) I understand there is a $125 charge for this service which must be paid upfront before an application(s) can be reviewed. There is a cost of $55 per adult of an applicant applying, which is paid by the applicant(s).
